I only recently learned tha plantain seeds are edible - they do look like they have potential to be useful. Have you tried eating them yet?
Hello Nancy! Not spoken for a while. P. lanceolata has really nice fat seed that is easy to harvest. It is a bit like pine nuts! I will have to get some more and bake it into something.
